In the vibrant Neighborhood of Musicon, Roskilde, we are delighted to reveal our design for a sustainable office building, hinting to the industrial heritage of the area. In seamless connection to the neighboring skatepark in the former factory Hal12, the new tower will house ateliers for artists, offices for local entrepreneurs and street-culture related start-ups and brands.

Early LCA analyses indicate that the six stories in hybrid-wood construction will have a carbon footprint of below 7,0kg CO2-ækv/m2/year – meaning a reduction beyond the demands for the Danish building regulations by 2029. This ambitious goal is obtained by a set of passive design strategies, designing for disassembly and using wood as the primary construction system.⁠
