In the heart of Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen, you can find Carl’s Øl & Spisehus – a bar and restaurant with an incredible passion for beer and food. With the heritage of the large brewery Carlsberg Danmark, the people behind Carl’s Øl & Spisehus take pride in the craft of beer and their unique bar has more than 20 different taps for guests to experience.

With Carl’s BRIQ wanted to create a cozy and lively space with an inviting atmosphere. A space where you could bring old friends or make new ones over a beer or three. In the space plan, we used design elements that helped to establish a customized look and feel, while still preserving references to the original Carlsberg brewery.
